Hi, I’m Lucy Arthurs, and I’m delighted to be part of the Property Genius team. With over six years of experience in the lettings industry—particularly in student rentals—I bring a strong background in property management, team leadership, and operations.

In my previous role, I managed teams across the business, from office-based staff to contractors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. My experience covers all aspects of lettings, including advertising, tenancy agreements, deposit management, property inspections, maintenance coordination, and compliance with legislation. I’ve also overseen building projects, working with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to bring projects from planning to completion.

At Property Genius, I focus on supporting both tenants and landlords, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care. Whether it’s handling tenancy applications, organising maintenance, or providing expert advice, I take pride in delivering a service that makes the lettings process seamless and stress-free.

Known for being friendly, helpful, and highly knowledgeable, I enjoy working closely with our clients to provide practical solutions and guidance. My working days are Tuesday to Friday, and I’m always happy to assist with any property-related queries.
