We’ll record the condition and contents of your property in a 50+page report including detailed description and photos.

CHECK IN YOUR TENANTS
We’ll collect the first month’s rent and deposit, hand over the keys and can even provide your tenants with a welcome hamper of coffee, tea and buscuits, or Champagne, you choose!

TENANCY RENEWALS
We’ll contact your tenants to renew another fix term contract, or confirm periodic arrangements.

END OF TENANCY CHECK OUTS
We’ll arrange a smooth handover of your property and process the deposit return while at the same time reducing your void period.

RENT RECOVERY FOR 15 MONTHS
Missed rental payments continues to be paid in full, even if your tenants fall into arrears.
