We’re excited to share that as of 1st October 2025, we’ve officially launched our integrated accounts system within Street.co.uk. This marks the final stage of our migration to Street, bringing all our lettings and financial processes together into one seamless, user-friendly platform.
Our goal has always been simple: to make life easier for our landlords and tenants by removing unnecessary complexity and giving everyone clearer, faster access to the information that matters.
Previously, we used a combination of systems, including PayProp, Fixflo, and Rex, each excellent in their own right. But as our operations grew, it became increasingly difficult to keep every process aligned. Rent collection, maintenance updates, and property insights were spread across multiple platforms, meaning clients sometimes needed to look in more than one place for updates or statements. By integrating everything within Street.co.uk, we’ve solved that problem.
Now, all financial information, property updates, and communication are centralised in one platform, reducing admin for everyone and making it easier to stay informed.
From 1st October, all tenants began paying rent into our new client bank account, directly connected to the Street platform.
This ensures that every payment is tracked automatically within the app, giving tenants total clarity over their account history and upcoming payments.

Tenants were notified in advance of the change to ensure a smooth transition, with clear guidance on cancelling existing standing orders and setting up new ones.
This careful rollout helped ensure minimal disruption and maximum transparency.

From 1st October, all financial information, from rental receipts to statements and contractor invoices, is now accessible through the Street web portal and mobile app.

Statements are now generated on the first day of each month, giving a clear overview of all activity.
As part of best practice, payouts are now processed one day after rent is received, ensuring all funds have fully cleared before being transferred.

To ensure a trouble-free launch, we conducted live tests ahead of go-live day and kept both landlords and tenants fully informed throughout. As with any major upgrade, there may be small teething issues, but our property management team is on hand to resolve anything quickly.
