The property is a HMO consisting of four rooms, three of which are occupied by long term tenants. The room we have available is on the ground floor at the front of the property. The room is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and benefits from a kitchenette with undercounter fridge with icebox, microwave oven and sink. The room also has its own ensuite with toilet, wash basin and shower cubicle. Finally there is a communal kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer for your use. Bills are included with the rent, which includes WiFi internet. Single occupancy only.
