Hi, I’m Gary Thomas, and I’m thrilled to be part of the Property Genius team. With a strong background in lettings and property management, I bring a wealth of experience to my role, having worked as a rental agent and viewing specialist for several years. My journey in the property industry has been driven by a passion for excellent service and a commitment to ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for landlords and tenants alike.

I’m responsible for carrying out viewings for our rental listings, meeting prospective tenants, and conducting our detailed property inventories. I enjoy helping people find their next home while ensuring all inventory details are thorough and accurate. I’m a firm believer in clear communication and professionalism, which helps me build trust and strong relationships with clients. My previous experience in sales and property management has equipped me to handle every aspect of the process with efficiency and care, from pre-qualifying tenants to resolving any challenges that arise.
